Since this coarse covers 12 sessions the most important aspects to consider when it is desired to start a business, your business plan can follow the same structure. This session and each subsequent session, addresses a different aspect of the business plan. Taken together, this will give you a starting model for your plan.
Whatever the size of the company, the business plan is an essential step for anyone serious about creating his own business. As this step is often neglected, we have decided to simplify things by providing a structure to build your own business plan as and as you progress through this coarse.
Business plans can vary widely among them, and bookstores and libraries offer many publications devoted to different formats. So consider this coarse as a starting point from which you can create a business plan that bests suits your particular business.
Be aware that most entrepreneurs are reluctant to write their business plan. We strongly advise you to fill every part of your plan as and as you progress through this coarse. To simplify the work, we propose models of different planes for manufacturers and service companies, and a blank form easy to use that you can download in MS Word and customize yourself.
