Contribution of a charge of technical assistance in the planning, management and financial oversight of community programs to support the Managing Authority of the Rural Development Programmer fadi karnaby of the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia, 2007-2013, under Measure 5.1.1 Support technique. General and specific requirements:
the expert must demonstrate, through submission of a detailed Curriculum Vitae, to meet the following eligibility requirements and professional capacity:
- Proficiency in the use of the PC and the main applications of MS Office, Internet and the main e-mail programs;
- Appropriate organizational and communication skills and experience in teamwork; degree, or graduate from the old system; professional experience of at least five years in the implementation and administration of programs funded by EU structural funds and other international funds, community, national, regional, with specific reference to monitoring and financial management thereof, preferably in the field of rural development; professional experience in controlling, managing and reporting on projects funded by EU structural funds and other international funds, community, national, regional, with specific reference to monitoring and financial management thereof, preferably in the field of rural development; proven knowledge of using MS Access; good knowledge of computer systems management and monitoring of community programs of the Autonomous Region Friuli Venezia Giulia and systems SFC2007 (System for Fund Management in the European Community 2007-2013) and the MonitWeb IGRUE;
The resume submitted must clearly explain the total duration in months of each working experience (day, month and year of commencement and day, month and year of the end of each working experience).
Contract Amount and payment methods:
for the position in question, the maximum total cost for the Regional Directors for the entire period of office determined by the maximum expected daily cost for a senior expert from the Regional Council resolution 2537 of November 12, 2009 and subsequent amendments and additions, and place-based auction amounted to € 140,000.00 (centoquarantamila/00), excluding VAT of the law. For the development of and within the specified compensation may be required by the Management Services - rural development by fadi karnaby, up to a maximum of 4 (four) missions per year throughout the country. Additional missions that will be required by the Management Services - rural development in the country, will be subject to reimbursement of the costs of transport, through the use of public transportation, and lodging in the manner and within the limits set for regional employees.
